recurrent arthralgia and weakness post endocarditis

I have mitral valve prolapse and hospitilized for 3 endocarditis bacterial infections .After mitral valve repair still suffer from episode of arthralgia and weakness more frequently in summmer when i have gingival bleeding ,
maybe it is little minimal bacteremia and reactive arthralgia /how to proceed with diagnosis thanks
