I lost my sense of smell and taste back in June07. I have been tested for yeast, fungal, etc no results. Cat scan MRI also. Did find extreme low zinc and low potassium which can sometimes affect smell and taste. After 6 weeks of persription zinc and potassium number were either same or lower??? Testing now for reasons why body doesn't absorb these items. 6 months later still no answers.

  • You may have an allergy / sensitivity to those minerals. Cruise this site for NAET recommendations and experiences. If interested, go to www.naet.com and find a practitioner in your area. NAET can help eliminate sensitivities to those minerals. With successful treatment you will then be able to absorb the minerals much more effeciently.
