Yellow Vision Occurs Rarely

Hey there.

I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what possibly could cause this.

About 3-4 months ago, I ended up seeing colorless objects as yellow for about a minute before my vision resumed back to normality. But sometimes I also saw things in grey for a split second before the vision resumed back to normal instantly.

I haven't gotten both of those since. But today, I ended up seeing colorless objects as yellow again. For the same amount of time as the first occurrence.

I checked my eyes and skin for possible signs of jaundice, nothing directing toward that.

Any possible ideas what it might be?
