for the past month or so, i have noticed my tongue get a light yellow coating on it, mainly after i eat that brushes off very easily when i brush my teeth and tongue. in the morning its pink with a little bit of a white coating that scraps off when i brush it. i also experienced cranky digestion for about a week that went away. my stools are primarily more on the soft side, but not diarrhea . my lymph nodes in my neck area seem to be swollen at times, but are painless. what is going on with me? do i need to be concerned?

  • check for fungal infection, mine was caused by imbalance from taking antibiotics for surgery and took months to eradicate. Now I drink lemon water in the mornings before I eat anything which abates or eliminates the symptom. It also changes the ph of my stomach and bowels. I also take probiotics at times to recharge the good bacteria necessary for digestion and also in the lower bowels.
