I went yesterday to get a regular eye exam. They found hundreds of yellow pigment spots in my retina. I am 27 years old. The doctors are unsure of what it is. Especially in someone my age. The did an angiogram, mri and a couple of other test. Has anyone ever heard of yellow spots in the retina before?

  • I have heard of these yellow spots representative of you being a carrier of the Disease Retinitis Pigmentosa. This also can make it difficult to use 3-D glasses to watch special movies. There is no harm to you personnally though. If you would marry another carrier, your children could get the disease. This causes blindness. Sorry!
