Wrist pain

I have a right wrist that seems to have something there. It is not just swollen. The doctor says it seems like a fatty deposit. I am 210 lbs. But I don't think that this would cause pain = would it?

I have pain in my right forearm on the top which seems to run a line down to the wrist. Bending it is uncomfortabe.

My shoulder also seem stiff but it dosn't seem to travel all the way down.

Could this be tendonitis or something else? I am going to a walk in clinic tomorrow = maybe I need a second opinion but I would really like some thoughts on this matter.
