So I went to bed Saturday night fine and woke up about 6-7 hours later which was normal for me, but when I did I felt extremely groggy and dizzy so I tried to go back to sleep but kept waking up every hour. Ever since then I have not been able to sleep at night or even during the day for more than 1-2 hours at a time. Last night I was only able to sleep for 1/2 hour-1 hour at a time. Each time I do go to sleep I have random dreams some are nightmares and some normal but I wake up immediately from them. Along with this i've had almost no appetite since Monday (but no nausea) and no desire to have a bowel movement unless I force it.

When I try and fall asleep I have to lay there for a long time and it feels like my body starts to go numb or I breathe less. I had some chest numbness (not pain) with it but it went away. I've gone to the doctor and he prescribed Klonopin as he thinks its anxiety and ive taken melotonin as well but it doesn't really help. I'm starting to get really worried and I want to know whats wrong with me.
