hello! could you please help me find out why i'm stuck with papilloedma?

i'm 25 years old, female and 2 months ago i started having this blurry vision and diplopia that lasted less than 30sec,at an averige 10/day. since the simptoms didn't go away,2weeks ago i went to the eye doctor and he said i have billateral hemoragic papilloedema and send me to do an mri, wich was absollutly normal-no tumor, no multiple sclerosis,no thrombosys,no signs of intracranial hypertension. since my blood tests were also normal, the eye doctor said the cause may be the oral contraceptives, wich i coincidently(or not!) started to take 2 weeks before the simptoms apeard. so i obviously stopped the contraceptive pills and i have 13days of treatment with medrol 32mg(1cp/day) and trental400mg(2cp/day) wich will most likely reduce the edema. but am i accepting this diagnosis too easily,or is there any other possible cause i'm missing? thank you.
