Im a 29 year old (apart from this) healthy female. For the last few months i have been getting chest pain on the left side. There is a constant uncomfortable ache with sharp pains that come and go. It feels muscular but im not sure. More recently it has spread to my left arm, neck and occasional headaches, all on the left side.
There does not seem to be anything that triggers it or helps. The sharp pains can last from seconds to around an hour and it is quite frightening at the time.
Sometimes i get dizzy and feel faint when it is particularly bad.
I have never had a problem with anxiety and i'm not particularly stressed, apart from by this.
Iv'e been to the doctor a few times who is not sure what it is and a CT scan has showed that there is nothing wrong with my heart or lungs.
Has anyone else had similar symptoms or any idea what it could be? Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.
