Two months back i was fit, no weight gain, but in just two months i am gaining weight with very fast pace. My thighs and hands are fatter, my neck also looks fatty, i thought it may be thyroid. But i dont have other thyroid symptoms. I am active, normal hairfall, nails are not brittle, nothing like too much cold or heat. just the weight gain. Can anyone suggest me what should i do? :confused::(

  • Actually this is a complex matter but if you are gaining weight with no reasons there can be two things according to my knowledge. That is lack of sleep and stress, so if you can overcome these problems I think you will find an answer for your problem.

It may be possible that you have changed your diet, not having the essential vitamins and minerals or started having fatty food items, you have stopped exercising, not having regular sleep pattern and staying up late in the night to name a few. Think about your daily activities.

  • you might be having some disease, for which you need to have body check up and on the basis of that show your reports to doctor. if no alternatives are giving you result then surgery for weight loss might help you but precautions should be taken after the surgery a point just to remember.

  • Weight Gain is really a great problem and it causes many harmful diseases but I think, we can control at this problem easily by applying some tips like: walk regularly, keep maintaince in your deit, take exercise and run regularly etc.
