Widespread Pain

I have been experiencing pain all over my body. It started in my wrists and has moved to literally every other part of body. Lately I have been having shooting pains in my ears, abdomen and right breast. I sometimes get pain in my hips (only one side at a time) which makes in painful to walk. I've also had extreme sharp shooting pains in my right elbow that would radiate towards my hand. I experience IBS like symptoms but they come and go. It also hurts when my bladder is full, but does not hurt during urination. I have a lot of back pain and it is generally uncomfortable to sit up straight. I've had sharp chest pains when breathing in (which was not a pulmonary embolism). I've been having severe headaches in my right temple and behind my right eye. Interestingly, there is a spot on my occipital bone that, when pressed, causes pain in my temple which is similar to the pain I feel during my headaches. I know that it is not rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia because I've seen a rheumatologist. I have low BP, but my blood work and EKG show that my heart is not the problem. I do occasionally have muscle spasms as well. I have asked if any of this is related to the appendectomy I had 4 years ago, but the only thing that can be attributed to that is possibly the pain in my abdomen. I've been to so many specialists (even traveled to other countries) that I just don't know what to do anymore. I need some help!
