Wide-spread Abdominal pains

I'm and 18 year old female, and I've been having pains all over my abdomen for the past month or so. I first took notice of it while I my boyfriend and I were having sex, I had been feeling some mild pain for about a week already but had brushed it off as gas. This pain was way more intense though. It felt like stabbing in my lower right side of my back, right around my kidney's. We stopped and about an hour later the pain had moved to my lower right abdomen, I think right about where my ovaries would be it, was pretty low. The pain would go back and forth between both sides of my abdomen and sometimes on both sides at the same time, it was accompanied by nausea and constipation. That went on for about a week before I got into the doctor, I got there and they didn't tell me a thing, they gave me Prilosec samples and asked me to get an abdominal ultra-sound. The Prilosec didn't work, though for the first week I didn't feel any pain, it came back that weekend worse then ever, in the kidney's again. Over the past month the pain has moved from my kidney's, to my ovaries, to the center of my lower abdomen, my upper abdomen just between the ribs. Every so often I have sharp shooting pains in my upper back or my sides when I breath in.(This rarely happens though) I still feel nausea and pain every time I eat, drink, or am hungry it lasts anywhere from One hour to half the day. I don't know what to think of this. Where the pain occurs is what's confusing me, it's all over the place! It seems like it's becoming more frequent though so I'm getting worried. I don't have the money for an ultra-sound right now and I'm not medically insured so I don't want to get one unless it is absolutely necessary. Other symptoms I have been experiencing the past month are fewer bowl movements, difficulty passing gas, night sweats, fatigue, constant dull pain in my stomach, frequent urination(especially at night). If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I haven't had any tests done yet but once I have them done I will post update. Thank you for taking the time to read this.:o
I posted about this in the gastrointestinal forum too cause I wasn't sure where to post it. But if anyone can help me out here I would greatly appreciate it.
