I have spent the last 12-14 years with a foul vaginal odor. I keep getting pap smears and nothing is found. I haven't had sex in three years because I can't stand to smell myself so I don't want to subject a man to this odor. The doctors keep saying there is nothing wrong but there has to be. I don't care how much I wash down there, its smells. It is also aggravated by me urinating because I don't get the smell until after I urinate and then it never leaves. Please help me to find out whats wrong down there. I'm tired of smelling.

  • It sounds like a problem you may have with your candida count... you may want to check into information on Holistic Docs and/or info on Candida and detoxing your body of so much of this yeast bacteria. Start by changing your diet of any white breads, anything other than whole grains and take out refined sugars and soda pop, dies, coloring containing foods and try to go with gluten free foods. There is also an herbal supplement out on the market that you can google for on cleaning out your system and it is specifically for vaginal and urine odor in women I don't remember the name of it but it begins with a "B". Doctors usually don't admit to the problems women have with Candida and they are more geared toward mens issues and really do not have a good grasp of the intricacies of the female body and chemical balances-you usually get more results with this sort of thing at a holistic doctor. Good Luck!

  • Threelac is an excellent anti-candida. I found it on amazon. And, I noticed an improved change in the smell of my urine (there actually wasn't any smell) within the first week.

  • i had a problem down there before, and i was told it was bacterial vasignosis (cant spell lol) its because i was over washing myself down there and was changing the way my body cleans its self, so i was given antibiotics to clear it up and was told to use just water to clean down there, but if i had to use soap i was to use fragrance free soap like 'simple', hope that help, try googling it xx
