Why is my palm so hot?

Hello! I'm back again! Thanks for the reply for the previous time!:)

I just want to ask 1 more question.

My palm is always very very hot.. No matter how much water i drink, it's always so hot. Even those friends around me, when i touch them..

Their reaction was like "Your palm is not hot.. It's very hot like having fever."

When i feel that my palm very dry, i will kept washing it.. At the same time, cool the temperture..

I just can't stand the hotness.. It's have been quite sometime. I didn't realised till around 4 years back.

Can you tell me, what's wrong with it?
