I am a teenage girl who sometimes gets weird health problems. I have low blood pressure, which was originally thought to be caused by a small heart, but my blood pressure problem has continued and I get dizzy a lot. I am not on medication for this. I was wondering if my blood pressure problem might be causing my heart to hurt, or vice versa? It feels like someone's squeazing my heart from the inside, almost as if it's imploding. This happens like maybe once or twice a month, and usually goes away within half an hour.
