Oh am I in pain...
i have been to my doc and the emergency room several times and no one tries to find out what is wrong they just treat the symptoms...I want to know the Cause.
This is my third bout with this..
First I have a several days with a rush feeling like I can feel my blood vessels rushing / flushing in my veins kind of like a skin crawl but not quite its deeper inside. Like that funny feeling when you have a fever. where your skin hurts - only deeper. After a few days, I get a charlie horse, this last one was in my middle finger of my left hand - like a tendon spasm. within hours it crawled up my arm and into my shoulder. the finger is still in a spasm. These spasms begin and spread. now in my shoulder and moved to my neck - My body is contorting from the stiffness and pain. then it goes to my other shoulder and my chest. After being given pain meds and muscle relaxer the last place the spasm entered does relax. However, its been 3 days and the spasm in my finger and left shoulder have not subsided and I am in severe pain. There is no relief. Heat helps a little.
The last time it started right above my knee on the right side and traveled up my back to my shoulder and down my arm and into my chest. It is a prolonged, progressive spasm. I am losing work and my mind. it is a 10 on the pain scale -I also have internal heat with no fever.
Please anyone got any ideas?
