What can be diagnosed from these lab values ?
in a patient (male 17 years old been healthy all throught out his life) who happened to get a lab test done for no reason at all and all through all showed normal RBC counts and hematocrit of 4.5 million for RBC and 42 for hematocrit. and showed to have a WBC count of 99,000 on june 7 2008 with a neutrophil count of 42 %and lymphocyte count of 11% and basophil of 2%
Then on 11th of june 2008 another lab test done showing values of WBC of 102,900 and neutrophil of 30 %, lymphoycyte of 6% and basophil of 3%
Then on 14th of june a third lab tes done , showing, WBC 85,000 and neutrophil 79%, lymphocytes 5% and basophils 0
On the 4th lab test , June 21st 2008 , lab showed. WBC 88,500 , Neutrophils 39% , lymphocytes 4% basophils 0
On the 5th lab test of 28th june 2008 , patient showed WBC 136,800, neutrophils 52% and lymphocytes 8.%
Now recently 14th July 2008 the 6th lab test showed WBC of 196,100 and neutrophils are 48% and lymphocytes 5%
what could the cause be?
is a urine test needed?
