Over the last few years I've been getting random headspins that happen every few weeks, they last less than a minute and after they go away I feel lethargic, lightheaded, & have headache. This feeling can last for the rest of the day.
Yesterday I had an episode of chest pain that intesified to become very uncomfortable over about 15 minutes, to the point that I started to feel lightheaded & slightly clammy, then it went away. Afterwards I had the same feelings as above (ie I feel lethargic, lightheaded, & headachey..this feeling continued for the rest of the day yesterday & I still feel unwell today).

Doctors have so far attributed it to hormones &/or migraine...but the chest pain scared & puzzled me.
Has anyone out there had similar experiences.
