My whole body is generally aching. Especially my legs and arms. Occaisonally sharp pains in lower abdomen and thighs. Frequent head aches. Feel weak and shaky often. And numb/tingly sometimes too.

Does anyone have experience of this?

Any info would be great

  • You should begin with basic blood work, including thyroid. Time for a check up. This is very vague.

  • I agree with the need to visit your physician for an initial visit. Your symptoms are vague and should be assessed by a medical professional and accompanied by a physical exam and further testing as deemed necessary.

  • Dear frozenpeas, unfreeze your butt and get to your doctor. Call and make an appointment for a physical if you haven't been there for a while. If you have seen your doc lately, pick out the three worst symptoms to present to him/her. A blizzard of symptoms will make you seem like a hypochondriac and you won't be taken seriously.
