My symptoms are: pain in both feet (to a point where I can hardly walk at times); excessive thrist, weight gain, very sleepy (even after a good night sleep); frequent urination; vision gets worse each yearly eye exam.

I feel like a hypochondriac, but the symptoms are very real and I'm tired of feeling this way.
