Hello. I am a 30 year old woman and I have been having lower abdominal pains for over a month now. The pain started slowly and came and go during the day. The pain was always stronger in the night time. The pain is mostly to the left lower side but sometimes is also on the right and can travel down my leg. The pain became stronger and more consistant. The doctor did blood work, internal check up, and did a sonogram. She said that there is no evidence of infection. She gave me antibiotics for 2 weeks. During that time the pain went away. Now I have been off of the antibiotics for over a week and the pain is back. It started the same way and is now getting stronger again with cramping. I have no other symptoms. No change in periods, using the bathroom or comfort during sex. My only symptom is this pain and I am now getting very worried about it. The odd thing is that a week before I felt pain, my boyfriend complained about pain in his left testicle. The doctor only perfomed an external examination and gave him antibiotics. His pains are also back and he complained today about feeling dizzy. I'm scared and frustrated at not knowing what is wrong with us and how we can be treated. Does anyone have any idea. :(Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
