I am a 32 years old female.married,I have 2 kids suffering from repeated attacks of diziness or fainting since age of 15 years.mostly my blood pressure was found low up to 80/50.always feeling numbness,fatigue,muscular weaknees,neck stiffness and pain,loss of concentration,palpitation,motteling of skin,face pallor,polyuria usually occur preceeding and during attack (average amount every 2 hours even during sleep).attack lasts for 7 to 10 days. attack may occur after period of physical exhaustion and lack of sleep or fasting.attacks of vertigo somtimes with other symtoms or alone.serum glucose level always normal,liver&kidney functions,abdominal ultrasound,ECG,TSH,T3,T4,brain CT with contrast,all normal.serum uric acid sometimes high,serum cortisol within normal but morning and evening samples are equal or evening is higher. NB.I had otitis media every year from age of 9 till 13 years I was treated by systemic steroids untill I had ear Gromet tubes and I was cured. NB.I feel alert and I study and concentrate more at night as far as I remember and I did not choose that I feel anergy and fatigue most of day time and all my energy pop after 11p.m.all drugs for hypotention and circulatory disturbance are failing to cure me.

  • I read about carnitine dificiency on emedicine and found most of my symptoms in adult form of the desease also there is L-carnitine tablets in the market.Any advice? thanks
