I've had some red marks on the lower half of my body. They are bright red when they are new but the color seems to fade as they age. They vary in size and I've had them for about a year. They are slightly raised and dry. The dryness occurs only at the sight of the affected area though. Can somebody help me find out what this is so I know if this is life threatening?
