I am 35 yo, I am getting episodes of shortness of breath, gasping moaning sound, there was one episode I was breathing at 40 breaths per min, and HR was about 52 - 8, it hurts to breathe in, and like my heart is thumping hard but not fast and it hurts when it contracts in, my chest feels like its caving in and can't draw in air, I have to use my tummy and my mouth open to breathe then I cough up a clear thin bubbly mucus, for a bit then it seems to stop, I get tired and sleep a lot or fall asleep during the day, I can't go for walks much becuase it seems to trigger these episodes - seemingly hours later. I sleep on 3 pillows otherwise the same thing will happen.
and I also get dizzy spells and I turn grey in the face, and people have commented on it, my BP is as high as 140/100 or as low as 95/60, I have had Long QT in the past type three, I also have tall r in 3, Q 1 and AVL, s in v1 and r in v6, and counterclockwise rotatation on different ECG's and S.V.T and VT, being treated for it as as far as I know is managed, do have ICD/pacer in situ, echo has shown mild pulmonary stenosis and recent left atrial enlargement, otherwise OK my Aunty had dilated cardiomyopthy but I am not sure what caused hers as she had other problems too, can any one tell me if they have had symptoms like this and what was wrong because my Doc is all out of clues
