I have a friend of a friend who has been through a battery of tests, MRI's and CT's that I know of and who has the following symptoms without any diagnosis:

1. He lost 50 pounds rapidly over a course of 3 weeks.
2. Nauseous
3. Sensation of pressure on his head, neck and stomach

Thank you for your help.:)

  • That's a dramatic weight loss in 3 weeks time. Inability to digest or absorb food properly could be a reason (i.e., celiac disease). Or the intake of food is not enough for the energy needs of the body (i.e., cancer, etc.).Take a look at this link:http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/library/DG/00020.htmlPlease let us know the diagnosis when found.

  • Unexplained weight loss should always raise the question of cancer. Hopefully, it's not... but the doctors should be looking for the worst case things that could kill you.
