Hi to all the good people around here.

I am Suman and I have kind of weird problem of shaking head while I try to concentrate. However, I don't realize that I am shaking my head. Around 1 year ago, I had gone to the doctor and did MRI test. After the report, doctor said that I had facial diplegia. He said that I didn't have much problem that other facial diplegia patients have. My general symptoms are I can't close my eyes, I shake my head unknowingly, i can't move my forehead etc.

THe problem of shaking head unnecessarily makes me embarassed sometimes infront of my friends. I had contacted one doctor and he said that I have some difficulty focusing any objects so when I shake my head then I can properly focus or visualize things properly. Is there any concentration exercises or suggestions for this ?

Please guys I am really suffering from this problem. After a long research on interent, I found that there are several helpful people over here and share their stories. Hope you guys can help me out.

Thanks a lot.
