What have I got?!

I don't know if this is anything serious but i just wanted to check, Ive got bleeding gums, small tiny red spots on the front of my toungue (tbh they arnt bothering me i just know they might be useful in working out whats wrong), i'm tired, heartburn nearly all the time, swollen glands, sore throat.

Haha hope someone can help!
