I have seen 3 drs, done numerous tests, spent over $5000 and still have no answers. I don't know where to go from here. I have had four "episodes". One last fall and 3 back to back this summer. They start with exhaustion, painful headaches behind my eyes and at my temples and diarrhea. Then I start having muscle weakness, joint pain and sometimes swelling. During the worst "episode", I also had high blood pressure and my right optic nerve was swollen. This summer at the end of an "episode" I will feel fine for a few days and then get a cold. Then it all starts over again. I have had lots of blood tests, an MRI, MRA, ECHO. I have seen an internist, allergist/immunologist, and rheumatologist. The only thing that came back on my blood tests was my ANA was 1:80 speckled twice and my T4 free was 1.0 "on the low side". What do i do now?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
