I have 10 year old brother. He was suffering from abdominal pain one month back. We consulted a Paediatrician immediately.
Tests Done - USG. No obvious abnormality detected.
He was treated with ofloxocin for 5 days. But the pain continued.

Next he started complaining about headache with shivering. We took him to a paediatrician. But after a weeks treatment he had no relief.

After 12 days he developed headache with Seizures. Then we consulted a Neurologist. After EEG test he suspected SSPE. Then he prescribed Divva 250mg HS, Levipil 250 mg BD, Coloba 10 mg HS.
Still he is getting sezures, severe headache with Giddiness and confusion(about place & people arround).
The frequency and duration of attack is increased since 2-3 days.

Following test results are awaited - Anti Measles IgG,Igm (CSF)

Please help us diagnos this???
