What could all my symptoms mean?

I see a doctor and a psychiatrist and have what I believe may be a partial diagnosis of my health problems. However, I feel there is something more, something that can explain why I feel as poorly as I do. I am looking for any suggestions and answers I can take to talk to my doctor about and treatment ideas. I don't know if I have multiple health problems or perhaps one illness that can explain all of this.

I have moderate to severe asthma, ADD and generalized anxiety disorder. I take inhalers when I have flare ups or attacks and Wellbutrin (250mg) for the ADD and GAD.

I almost constantly feel tired and run down. Like I'm about to come down with something.

I have in the last few months been tested for diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, a thyroid condition and diabetes and have had normal results.

I'm about 50 pounds overweight (I was the same over a year ago, lost it, and gained it back.) I try to go to the gym and eat well but despite wanting to lose weight and be healthy, find it very challenging to prepare food and exercise.

Some times I have good motivation and get lots accomplished and am social and outgoing. At other times I am antisocial, alienate my friends, feel sad and exhausted and can hardly manage to shower or eat. I can never tell when my mood will change or how long I may feel one way or the other.

Sometimes I have panic attacks. Sometimes I'll go to brush my teeth or do a normal activity and abnormal spaces of time will just disappear (it's 25 minutes later, but the job should have only taken 2 minutes.)

Sometimes I have terrible insomnia. Other times, I get a good amount of sleep but still feel tired in the morning.

I often have dull aches in my legs (especially when tired or up late at night) and around my body, as well as headaches.

When I get PMS/my period it's debilitating and flu-like. I get severe cramp pain.

I often have an upset stomach and acidic reflux.

I have gallstones and when I eat poorly, I have severe gallbladder attacks that are extremely painful and stressful.

I was previously diagnosed anemic but don't know if I still am.

I hack and cough often (especially in fall and winter) and often coughing makes me nearly throw up or have terrible headaches. I have coughed so ******n occasion that I have broken blood vessels around my eyes and pulled muscles in my stomach.

I have had many ear infections and aches and get a swelling of my lymph nodes behind my ears.

I would appreciate any insight! Thank you!
