What's wrong with me?

Okay This all started Friday night around 10pm, I'm going to list my symptons in order as they started.

1) Nausea
2) Vomiting
3) Weakness ( I felt weak and tired)
4) Stomach Pain (upper protion near my breast bone)
5) Stomach Tightness (same as pain)
6) Left ovary side pain
7) Diarrhea (this started Monday after my normal loose bowls by my metformin)
8) Bleeding (unsure of where its only when I wipe and it's Bright Red)
9) Stomach Tightness
10) Weakness (My 19lb 10 month old feels like she weighs 100lbs.)

  • The most important concern here is bleeding. With the limited history, it would be important to first consider emergent causes. It is unclear from your history where the bleeding is. If the bleeding is occuring from the reproductive tract, I would advise emergency medical evaluation for ruptured ectopic pregnancy or other cause. If the bleeding is from the gastrointestinal tract, I would still advise urgent medical evaluation. Once emergent causes have been ruled out, only then can one consider other causes.
