What's up with me? Bladder, stomach, and flatulence issues?

I'm not exactly sure what's wrong, but the symptoms have been worsening lately. I'm 17 and maybe this isn't a HUGE deal, but I want to know what's wrong with me~...

A week or so ago I lost my appetite. I just didn't feel hungry at all for perhaps two days. I ate anyway, but it wasn't much and it wasn't often. Then I started to get very sleepy, and slept for 12 hours one day during the week, as well as nodding off in class (though, with a few of my teachers, that may have been unavoidable). Now, I've been feeling very bloated (though my appetite has pretty much returned, though I don't eat as much as I usually do) but I've had a lot of flatulence and my stomach has been gurgling and making other strange sounds that turns heads. I have also had to very VERY suddenly go to the restroom and not make it, thus wetting my pants. It didn't even feel like I had to go, I just...did. Anyway, right now I'm just bloated (wet my pants about 2 hours ago) and very very confused/concerned.

Any possible diagnoses? For what it's worth, I am not sexually active and I am not on any drugs or medication.
