Since 3 years I've got recurrent (once in 3 months) abdominal pain (crampy, stabbing) in the Right lower quadrant of abdomen. Flatulence. Nausea. Anorexia in these days. Stool in this period: diarrhea-like (3 times a day, no blood, maybe a bit slimy; normaly once a day or in two days). Fatigue. The periods vary from a few days up to a week in various severity. Sometimes stress is initialyzing the symptomes, but not always.
Since about 1 year I've got recurrent painful unilateral parotis, worsening with eating. The painful parotis is not related to a period of influenza. When I was young I already had the mumps. Sometimes dry eyes. Dry skin. In my family runs no rheumatic diseases. My mother do have dry eye's too.

I'm a MD myself so I've some ideas what it could be. For now I need some backup about the differential diagnosis.
