I am so tired all the time, my feet are always cold and I have muscle cramps through the night,
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and fybromyalgia, I sleep with a cpap at night, but i feel like utter crap all the time, I am tired of treating the symptoms I want to fix the problem!

  • Cold hands and feet are signs of thyroid issues - but it sounds like you are dealing w/ Fibromyalgia (virus issues?). Tightness & cramping of muscles could be a magnesium issue or calcium and magnesium issue. Checking Vitamin D3 levels might be helpful.

What meds are you currently taking? Consider finding a holistic doc (naturopath, acupuncturist, NAET practitioner) to help you as allopathic medicine most always just treats the symptoms. Best wishesDOM

  • I would get your thyroid function checked as well as a CBC and chem. panel. a lack of potassium may also cause muscule cramps. The chemistry panel will allow the health care provider to evaluate all of the electrolyte levels.

  • ditto on the thryoid: fybromyalgia and low thryoid often seen together...get tested for FT4, FT3, TSH and the antibodies of the autoimmune disease of the thyroid, Hashimotos and check out Mary Shomon's site on thyroid...she is a patient advocate for thryoid issues. Joan
