Thanks for any help on this.... I do not have chest pains. I feel this only when I lay down to sleep. Othewise, I never notice anything. Otherwise, I feel normal. I started "feelling" this about 6 months ago. Went away. Now back.... I feel this in my upper chest....say a 6" area where the collor bones come together. A kind of hollow feeling. Have you ever taken a fast elevator and you get that "feeling". So there is some of that feeling, too. Kind of a slight nervous, "sudden fright", pulsating feeling. Never smoked cigs.
