I am experiencing the following symptoms:

weight loss: i have noted an increase in my body's metabolism, i sweat more and i am hungry more often than usual.

Stabbing pains all over my bones: the pains last for 2-3 seconds and are not constant.
- areas include my finger bones, hip bone, toes, ribs and sternum. the sternum pain
seems to radiate into the chest. i also get stabbing pains in my rectum.

Muscle twitches: all over the muscles of my body, i noticed this increases when i lay down this is not the normal tic now and then, but many involuntary episodes throughout the day of muscle jerks/twitches.

Pressure on my head: this is not a headache, but a feeling of my head being inflated from the inside out.

Bowel changes: i'm having a hard time going, when i pass gass i have a burning sensation in my rectum. in addition to the stabbing pains mentioned before. stool sometimes comes out with a flat side when its hard, when its softer it comes out thin. i am also noticing malabsorption.

Throat symptoms: i feel like i'm getting chocked sometimes. I also get sharp pains in my throat, when i go to sleep it gets very irritated and itchy.

Permanently hard bump on my neck: about 2mm wide and with a hard consistensy, does not move. i also have a 1cm one under my jaw next to my sternocleidomastoid, this one is rubbery in consistensy and does move.

i also used to get stabing pains on my breast, i have gynecomastia. ultrasound was done and nothing was found.

an ultrasound of my testicles was also done due to swelling of my epididymis and same stabbing pain. only possible varicocele was suggested by the ultrasound.

a cranial cat scan because of the head pressure revealed nothing.

i have got many test done, urine, blood count, and fecal. all normal. i have not experienced any fevers.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can discuss with my doctor on my next appointment? thank you.
