Weird symptoms but no diagnosis

I don’t know if the symptoms are related. I have recurring chest pain in top left part spreading to left arm and back, pressure and burning sensation in the chest, chest feels too tight too breathe. It lasts anything from several hours to several days at a time.

Then there are “female” symptoms – very heavy and almost constant bleeding for months followed by scanty or no bleeding for a long time, frequent agonizing “period” pain and permanent dull ache in the lower abdomen the rest of the time. Also the lower abdomen ahs been prominently distended for over a year now while I am quite thin myself and was always thin.

In about the last 3 years I started to feel increasingly more exhausted and now feel almost permanent debilitating exhaustion. I always had lowish blood pressure, sometimes it goes lower and I feel dizzy and nauseous. It happens more and more often now.

Doctor states it is all caused by stress and dismisses me. I tried to look up symptoms online and it comes up with heart attack. I cannot see how though as it has been going on for such a long time. Does anyone know what it could be?

Thank you.

  • Go to a heart doctor immediately; not your regular MD. Those chest symptoms--especially with the pain spreading to the left arm and breathlessness--are NOT good. That should be taken care of first. Then, go to a GYN about the womanly problems. Could be endometriosis or something. Don't waste time with online forums, see a heart doc ASAP.
