my husband has had sever lower back pain across his waist for 5 days. I took him to the ER and they said they didnt see anything on an xray, so sent him home with antiflamatory and pain meds. The next day, he was worse. We went to another ER and he had a CAT scan. didnt show anythiing. No kidney stones( he is prone to them).. He ran a fever of 102.6. He was admitted to the hospital with IV antibiotics and pain meds. He is so sore that he cant even hold his torso up. His flu swab was negative, urine was clear.still, in sever pain. This pain has creeped up to his shoulders. He had an MRI yesterday, and we know nothing as of yet. The Dr is puzzled as to what is wrong with him. Can anyone help with this mystery?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
