I was recently sitting at home and I noticed a strange pain in my upper abdomen region. It was not a "sick" feeling but more of a soreness. it feels like I did 1000 sit-ups (can't remember the last time i did one :p). It hurts to breathe, sit, bend over, and when I sleep i wake up a lot when i roll over cuz of the pain. This started about 3 days ago and i Havn't noticed any improvement, in fact it feels like it's getting worse. I have also noticed that I have been urinating a lot more frequently but I'm not sure if that's related. If anyone has any ideas on what this is, please let me know!

  • Not sure about the trouble breathing part but it sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection). I have had a dozen of them and the lower abdominal pain and frequent urination are two key symptoms. You should probably see a doctor to get some antibiotics, I recommend until then lots of cranberry juice, it helps.
