Weird LSD like visual symptoms

I noticed I was having trouble reading paragraphs. Single sentences are easier but more than 2 lines is nearly impossible. When I look at a patterned floor tile it appears to be moving like waves. Reminds me of an acid trip. When I look at the sky in the evening it's covered with swirly things. They aren't floaters but stay in one spot moving in circles of the same color as the background. I've had a headache for well over a month. sometimes pretty bad. I've seen a neuro-opthomologist. He says my vision is fine from his end and sent me to a neurologist. They are taking their time with testing. EEG and MRI. I've had other symptoms as well. Arm and leg numbness when lying down followed by pain for an hour. Not necessarily on the side I am laying on. Fatigue, muscle aches. Sometimes I have like a restless feeling all over my body on the inside. My skin has a reddish flushed looked, especially on my face and chest that has been present for a month. I am having trouble speaking. I mix up letters and words often. Like I'm saying a tongue twister. Lately I've had words seem to get stuck coming out of my mouth. I think them but they don't flow out smoothly. I also can't remember a word alot more than I should. Everyday I can't find easy words. Mostly adjectives. I drop things alot too. I am looking for any ideas. If my tests come back ok where do I go next? My bloodwork has been pretty normal. This is affecting my daily life. Thank you for your time.
