I have been suffering from unexplained pain in my legs (and sometimes arms) ever since I can remember ( I am 21 now). THe pain almost always occurs at night and feels like someone has set my bones on fire. The only way I can get rid of the pain is to keep my legs straight and take painkillers. It is not related to exercise or driving; the pain comes any day and any time of the year. It seems to have increased over the last few years and is really getting me down. I have been to see doctors in the past and most of them said I must be dehydrated and to drink water before bed but this didnt work and I know the problem is more than that.
Not sure if this is relevant but I am really inflexible, I cant touch my toe and have always been like this. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! thanks
