I am a 24 year old female
I have experienced quite a lot of weightloss over the last 12 months (60kg to 46kg and then back to 51kg now)
I have persistent throbbing headaches in the back of my head which, while not very severe, are always present.
I have just received blood test results:
Elevated ALP and ALT
Normal GGT
Slight Vitamin D deficiency
Iron deficiency anaemia

What could be causing this?
Please note that I do not drink alcohol at all

thanks heaps
