Weight gain, and discomfort

I'm really very fustrated about what's going on with my body at the moment.
I was of a low weight for a long period of time, but reached a normal weight (for my height) of 50kg. But, in the last few months, i've put on 15kg, face servere bloating (constantly), lack a sleeping pattern, discomfort (in the stomach) and occasionally feel quite bad nausea.

I have tried to reduce my calorie intake, by quite a bit, and sustained this plan, but have seen no results at all. I have also tried excercise, but nothing seems to be working. If anything, I may still be putting on weight. What's particularly strange is that I'm eating a lot less than when I was of a lower weight. I eat no fast food, foods high in any type of fat, little salt, etc. I've tried everything that I can think of... I'm getting rather worried now.

Can anyone help?
