Im 36 yrs and have CFS, so have Sympathetic nervous system dysfunction going on. My case thou is highly unusual as my BP is flutuating quite wildly, much more than it does in most with CFS. (In fact CFS specialist told me he's never seen anyone with it like mine before).
24 hr holter monitoring showed that it is with any activity (even standing sends it right up) going up as high as 176/138. I havent got what is termed as having high BP thou as at night it can dip down to 90/52. It's just flutuating all the time.
Doctor didnt seem worried as he said i havent got hypertension due to the dip at night. Im still concerned thou as my readings with any activity are just so high. Doctor said it didnt matter as long as body gets rest from it at night.
Should i be concerned with knowing my readings are going that high?(probably higher still at times as i was relaxed and not really doing much that day at all).
