vomitng blood, left chest pain.. im scared

my husband is 27, he has had many serve stroke like attack over the past year. incapacating pain through the left arm and left of chest normalling when laying down. he does smoke about a pack a day, and drinks (allot). he is 266 pounds, average hieght, and has a thyroid problem(hyper). he also pops tylenol and sleeping pills like crazy. he seems constantly tired, irritable, constant head aches, and less hungry. and now last week, early in the morning after having one of his "stroke like attacks" he vomited quarter bucket of bright red blood, and seems it had coffee like specs, but im unsure(it was that or food). please help i am so worried, if its his heart... ulcer... cancer... im worried im gonna loose him.

  • hello..nothing to worry ..cos he has vomited only once , which means most likely its an ulcer...all his symptoms , i.e, anxiety , loss of appetite , etc are due to hyperthyroid...ask him to stop smoking and boozin ..take him to rehabilitation centre cos smoking , alchohol along with ulcer is a risk factor for aggresive oesophageal or stomach cancer ! ..IMPORTANT NOTE : pls get an ENDOSCOPY done in ur nearest hospital and let us know the results ..
