Visible veins everywhere? Blood problems?

I'm 22 years old, and for about 8 years I have had very visible veins throughout my body, a red-flushed face, very visible superficial temporal arteries, dark circles under my eyes(with visible veins around my eyes), bulging and uncomfortable hand and arm veins.. seems like there's too much blood in me!

I'm wondering if my blood volume is too high? or something is wrong with my kidneys or hormones?

I eat well, exercise moderately 3-5 times per week, and have a fast metabolism.

(Please don't say genetics...)
