Basically, I've had a very weird wrist injury on my right hand for the past couple of years, but i never really gave it much thought because it never got that bad, but lately, its become near intolerable.
I have this weird bony protrusion from my wrist, closer to the thumb side. If i dont move my wrist, its fine, and if I limit my movements, its only slightly painful, but anything more, and i can barely stand it. I think its my scaphoid bone, but i dont know whats wrong with it. Its not a fracture or sprain, so i'm fresh out of ideas. Any help
