A few weeks ago, I noticed what seemed to be a swollen bug bite in my groin area. It's not near my vagina, it's right where my thigh connects to the area above my vagina. The swelling went away by the next day (I noticed it at night), but then there were two very small lumps underneath the skin and the surface was a dark red/purply color. The lumps do not hurt and I have no other unusual symptoms. The skin is completely smooth other than the lumps that are underneath it.
