I have been extremely itchy over the past 8 month. I have been to my doctor who passed me to the dermatologist who in turn just wanted to give me shot and now wants to put me on Stops. I am really scared to take that because there has been people die. My symptons are as followed. My head have bumps(pen size) and these bumps are very itchy. Most of the bumps are on the back of the head near the neck, but still have random bumps all over my head. I also have bumps on my chest. These bumps are not clustered and usually have only 5 or 6 on chest and 5 or 6 on head. My shins also itch but there are no bumps. I also have itching on the back just above my buttock with no bumps. After the bumps come and I itch they crust over and will go away. Then new ones occur. They itch like a mosquito bite. please help.

It is quite common to get an eczema like rash around the nose, chest ,back , cheeks and forehead. They are nothing to worry about and usually disappear when you start to feel better.
