Ok, so I have posted plenty times now, trying so hard to find out what's wrong with me, I'm bout to give up.. Am i just crazy?! AHH.. anyways, so yesterday I had what I think was a panic attack. I have a panic/anxiety disorder, so what I mean by 'think' is that it was very different. They seemed to be triggered by nothing in particular, and they are to an extreme now. I am very good at regulating my emotions and heart rate, but yesterday is was like I had a seizure or something. My heart was beating so weird. hard, fast, and felt like 6 different heartbeats in there!! I couldn't barely breathe, my breathing became very shallow.. I used my inhaler and it didn't do anything! I started shaking profusely.. It's obviously a symptom of whatever else is going on... I'm suspecting Crohn's, Addison's, candida overgrowth, diabetes, and my adrenals....

I REALLY NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS AND FEEDBACK!! I'M so SCARED!!! I have two little kids and am a single mom... If I die from this they have noone!! PLEASE i'm DESPERATE for some advice!!!

  • Autoimmune disease is a possibility. You have posted a few times and several folks have suggest testing for autoimmune diseases and for Lyme disease. Why don't you now go to the doctor with these suggestions and get some testing done? You will not know for sure...we cannot see your blood....until you get some blood work done and talk with a doctor. This is from the US Department of Health and Human Services for women and it is about autoimmune diseases. Please go to this web site and it is a fairly good overall description of autoimmune diseases: http://www.4woman.gov/faq/autoimmune.htm Hope you will be feeling better soon....now go get some blood work! Joan

  • Get checked for Lyme...mine started out EXACTLY the same way 2 years ago out of the blue and everyone told me it was anxiety because my grandmother had recently passed away. 2 years later...here I am. This is the link to my story if you'd like to see more of my symptoms to compare to yours...http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=29657Feel better:cool:

PLEASE i'm DESPERATE for some advice!!!Haven't read any of your other posts but if others have suggested that you go to a doctor and you haven't, then what do you think we can do?Just as a FYI : Panic attacks can be triggered by nothing in particular- that is why they are considered a disorder - it is over-response by the body. Rapid heart beat is common, breathing shallow is common -shaking is common since you aren't getting enough oxygen to the body (rapid shallow breathing). In a panic attack, an inhaler won't do much.It wasn't a seizure - you wouldn't recall it if it wasSo why can't this just have been a panic attack? It is pretty classic. Go to the doctor.
